Asus G1S is not a new product anymore but Asus still puts G1S in the frontline. The black design describes that G1S is created to fulfill all gamers' dream. Asus uses carbon fiber and aluminum to increase your comfortability in using this laptop. However, Asus G1S doesn't use high-performance graphic card even though they said G1S is a laptop for gamers.

Other negative issue is the monitor size. With only 15.4", of course you will get better gaming experience if you decide to buy another gaming laptop (usually they are 17" laptops). Let's say G1S is an average laptop for multimedia users. But for gamers, who usually need more and more, I think G1S is not as good as other gaming laptops.

For USB, G1S has four USB ports. But strangely, those ports can be found in back of this laptop. Don't get disappointed yet, Asus G1S uses eSata technology to connect with external drives. With less than $1,910, Asus G1S is probably one of the most balanced gaming laptops (between performance and price) at the moment.
