Wait a minute...this is not a new laptop. Yes, this notebook is not a new thing but I made my "late" review on January 28, 2008. So what's Gateway M-150X? This is (from my point of view) by far the best multimedia Gateway laptop. Well, I could say that because this laptop is still new if we compare it to other Gateway high-performance laptops. Don't forget that Gateway M-150X is affordable, with price tag around $1,900.

The screen size is 15.4" with 1,280x800 resolution. Gateway themselves said it is possible to increase the resolution to 1,920x1,200. Because this is a multimedia laptop, Gateway gives us many extra features. An HD-DVD Rom is the first-class option (if you do not want a DVD burner). HDMI outport, 1.3 megapx webcam, and buttons for media users are the other positive part that you need to consider.

The negative thing about Gateway M-150X is the keyboard. Well, keyboard for laptops usually are comfortable enough, but M-150X offers the otherwise. Gateway also doesn't include a FireWire port (which is a very basic thing in most laptops), so it's another minus thing for this notebook. In overall, Gateway M-150X is a masterpiece combination for multimedia users and graphic worshipper. The graphic card (ATI Mobility Radeon HD 2400XT) is another aspect why we consider M-150X as a high-tech notebook.
