HP Pavilion dv5t

-July 19, 2008-
HP has been so impressive lately. Pavilion dv5t is obviously the new innovation in many cases, especially if we compare it with the previous editions of Pavilion. The typing experience with Pavilion dv5t is fantastic. The touchpad buttons are superb as well. Everything looks good from these areas.
The design of dv5t also seems much better than the other Pavilion laptops. If you are looking for a new HP laptop, I really recommend Pavilion dv5t as it looks more beautiful (consider Pavilion dv2800t as well). However, not everything looks great. Although HP has improved lots of things but dv5t still weighes 6.3 pounds. I think this is not a great news for travelers although not really an important issue for people who are looking for desktop replacement.
The 15.4 screen size offers resolution up to 1,680-by-1,050 pixels. This strong resolution is obviously another big plus for the laptop. About ports, HP also receives two thumbs up. Four USB ports (combination of USB and eSATA) is obviously brilliant. If you have more budget, you can add Blu ray burner and integrated ASTC tuner. I really want to give 9 out of 10 for its rating if HP can make this laptop lighter.
